FEAR

I recently read a book, it is not important to disclose the title as you will never find the book everywhere since it's limited for certain groups.

Anyway, the book said:
Research shows that our our fear and worries
87% never come to real
7% come to real
6% you have a role on the result.

So it means most of our fear and worries will never be real. In other words, it would be impossible for us to avoid from a few, tiny little, fear feelings which finally become real . Do you remember that as Moslem we have to believe in Qadha and Qadhar? There it is.... Qadha and Qadhar of our life. Somethings that we have no control against the result. Then, what's the benefit of nurturing fear and worries?

The book also said that FEAR is : False Evidence Appearing Real

We have these imagination of things. What we afraid, worries, fear of... Most of them are illogical, yet we keep this imagination for only God knows why.

The Chinese say, "never cross a bridge until you see one"
The French (or Spanish?) say, "que sera sera" whatever will be will be

And we Moslems say, Rabbanaa aatinaa fiddunia hasanah.. wa fil akhirati hasanah.. waqqina adzaa bannaar...
